    Attention! After online check-in for a flight, you cannot make any changes to these tickets.

    • When filling in the data, please note that the surname and name are written in Latin, and the order number is different from the reservation number. These parameters can be viewed in your Itinerary receipt, the last name and first name can also be translated using the transliteration form .
    • Ensure that the data entered is correct:
    • Order number (The details for the search are a combination of six latin letters and numbers, which can be found in the order confirmation email or printed ticket. Example: 3OTCHJ)
    • E-ticket number (E-ticket number is a combination of thirteen digits that can be found in the order confirmation email or printed ticket. Example: 2622418001102)
    • Date of birth (entered in the format day.month.year)
    • Surname and Name (The spelling of the surname is carried out only in Latin letters. If necessary, the surname and first name can also be translated using the transliteration form )
    • Document number (entered without spaces)
    • Birth certificate (for a child under 14 years old)
    • Expiration date (entered in the format day.month.year)
    • Registration for transportation is carried out according to an identity document and indicated on the ticket (route - receipts).
    • For flight safety purposes, the airline reserves the right to change the seat you have chosen on board the aircraft upon receipt of the boarding pass or on board the aircraft as directed by the aircraft commander.
    • Online registration is not available for: passengers whose transportation requires special conditions of service (unaccompanied child, transportation of animals and others) of passengers who have more than 9 people in the order.
    • If you are applying for an increase in the SERVICE CLASS for holders of the Wings program gold cards, then with online registration you will get a seat in economy class. For upgrades, contact your check-in agent at the airport of departure.
    • You must bring your boarding pass with you to the airport. If you still forgot your boarding pass, you can reprint it at the airport check-in counter before the check-in time for your flight expires. At Koltsovo and Domodedovo airports, you can also use self-check-in kiosks to print your boarding pass.
    • The boarding pass indicates the time of completion of boarding. Until this time, you need to approach the boarding gate.
    • For destinations with a visa regime, upon completion of online registration, you will not receive a boarding pass in the mail, but a confirmation of registration. After that, you need to arrive at the airport in advance, exchange the printed notice at the check-in desks for a boarding pass, and then go through passport and customs control.
    • A notice is also given to passengers with babies. This category of passengers also needs to arrive at the departure airport in advance, that is, for the time indicated when passing through the online check-in, and receive a boarding pass instead of notification.

  • Online Start and End Time
    • Online check-in for direct scheduled flights opens 48 hours in advance. Online registration is available no earlier than after 15 minutes. after buying a ticket.     • Online registration for charter flights starts from the moment the passenger lists of the tour operator are ready (but not earlier than 12 hours before the flight departure).

  • Rules for placing passengers at emergency exits

    On the seats located at the emergency exits, the following is not allowed :

    • children and adolescents from 0 to 18 years old (regardless of the presence of adults accompanying them);
    • passengers with reduced mobility;
    • passengers of advanced age;
    • passengers carrying pets;
    • passengers whose dimensions or physical condition may interfere with passage during emergency evacuation;
    • pregnant women.

    Attention!

    If a violation of these Rules is discovered directly on the plane, the aircraft commander and cabin crew members are entitled to transfer the passenger to another seat!

  • Baggage

    If you travel with LUGGAGE that exceeds the size of hand luggage (more than 55x40x20 cm or weighing more than 10 kg. For the ECONOMY class and more than 15 kg. For the Business or Comfort class), you can go through online registration, but in addition you need to:

  • For a passenger with a baby

    For passengers with a baby, boarding pass printing is not available.

    In this case, the passenger can check-in online at the place designated by the system in the cabin and print out the registration notice, which must be exchanged for the boarding pass with the registration agent at the departure airport.

    For passengers with a baby, the safest places on the aircraft are available, which are automatically assigned by the system; other seats cannot be selected.

    The above categories for registration and receipt of a boarding pass must be addressed to the check-in counter at the airport of departure.
